Patricia "Trish" Parker has been in and out of Englewood for over 20 years. She carried mail for the Post Office here years back and has delivered for Sarasota UPS office. Having quite a historical demographic background, she came to work for Paul O'Brien PA at Michael Saunders & Company-Licensed Real Estate Broker this year. She has recently finished Sales Associate School with Ed Klopfer School of Real Estate. She has worked under the supervision of Michael Goff, a reputable Certified General Appraiser at Harborside Appraisals, Inc. and is a Registered Trainee Appraiser taught to respect the ethics of appraisals in this changing market. Along with the experience and education she has in the residential field, she has been through required continuing education and has acquired perennate knowledge through completion of Commercial/General Appraiser Course at Steve Williamsons Real Estate Specialist School.
She does not appraise for Michael Saunders & Company and can not discuss values. She can let you know how an appraiser looks at your home and why in this market you need an up to date opinion by a local professional appraiser and why you might want to find one that is recommended by someone who you know is reputable. An appraiser is the party involved and relied upon in the transaction to be COMPLETELY not biased. That is the appraisers obligation to the client and/or property owner and to him(her)self and to the law!

"Trish" grew up in customer service....She started her glamorous casino career as a union cocktail waitress at Resorts International Casino serving the gaming tables and the shows at the SuperStar Theater for the legendary shows of Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Diane Ross to name a few! She is known for opening up Real Estate Tycoon "Donald Trump's" first Casino in Atlantic City. Her respected resume also includes working for the Hilton Family at Ballys Park Place on the Baccarat and Black Jack tables. She has lived a diverse life which has gained her a trustworthy reputation, while she developed a taste for the finer things in life. OH! how life has changed.....she is now involved in the world of Real Estate and when she is not at the office, she enjoys attending to the the local Church and raising her two teenage boys. In her spare time she can be found around town at the high school football or basketball games....when she's not at the beach or out on the boat!
